Invite for “Pre-Screening” - Reports and Rental Application for you and your renter client
Renters will get their TransUnion® reports and a fillable rental application BEFORE applying for rent. These will be shared with only you. They will NOT be shared with another agent or with a landlord. Going forward, you can continue to send an unlimited number of invitations to apply for rent.
Invite to Apply For Rent - Reports and Rental Application to ALL parties
You can invite for your own listing, or that of another agent/landlord!*
Renters will get TransUnion® reports and their fillable rental application. If the rental is your listing, these will be shared with you and the landlord you represent. (you can choose to loop in your landlord to receive copies of the renter’s submission) If it is another agent’s listing, these are shared between the renter, YOU, the landlord and the landlord’s listing agent.
When inviting to apply for rent, we also include secure document upload for the renter to provide additional info, i.e. proof of income, paystubs, W2s, Photo ID, even bank statement downloads direct from the bank! Landlords and their agents can set their own custom renter criteria for every address.

*Agents can enter the address of their rental listing, enabling renters (or their agents) to select the address. Any agent can enter an address—the listing agent or an agent representing a renter. In certain markets, brokers can participate in our automated MLS data feed. This enables the MLS to enter the rental listing’s address in SoftScreen® and remove it once rented and marked as closed.
